General GMRS Licensing Publications

[NOTE: The FCC has implemented the "Universal Licensing System" (ULS), and now permits filing applications for GMRS licenses on-line.      channels overlayed on top of GMRS interstitial frequencies. Operations 
     on some FRS channels now cause interference to many GMRS repeaters.]
